WHAT THE HECK IS A SWITCHEL?

It's not just or personalities that sparkle. This is our modern day carbonated version of a traditional recipe from the 17th century. Switchel or "haymakers punch" was a popular remedy for hard working sweaty days in the fields. This ole' timey hydration is traditionally made with ginger, apple cider vinegar and a natural sweetener such as honey or molasses. Raw enzymes, potassium, and bold tart flavor make switchels an ideal replacement for highly processed sports drinks and sodas.

What is the date on the bottom of the can

Date on bottom of can is the BORN ON date. Drink with 120 days for freshness.

Do cans need to stay cold

Yes please. We do not pasteurize and over time with heat the cans will ferment and explode.

Is this Kombucha? Does it have alcohol?

NOPE!!! Not fermented, no tea, so cane sugar. Switchel is apple cider vinegar based, has a focus on PREbiotics and has never been fermented= no trace amounts of alcohol.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship within the UPS 3 down ground from Boise Idaho. Our cans are temperature sensitive and struggle with transit longer than three days. Reach out if you have questions or are willing to take the gamble.
